Process & procedures
Burning
Wood is cut, arranged in kilns, and burned for 7 days. Workers monitor smoke until it clears – signaling perfect carbonization.
Cooling & Aeration
Kiln holes are closed for 1–2 days to extinguish the fire, then reopened. Charcoal is aerated for 2–3 days.
Sorting & Packing
Charcoal is sorted by quality, then packed into sacks or boxes based on buyer specifications. Ready for export.
